I've been preparing, learning and thinking a lot recently about this journey I'm taking into coaching and development. The training with Gallup a month ago was fantastic. This week I've definitely felt the wind behind me as I've started coaching. It's a daunting, humbling and surprisingly beautiful thing to walk alongside people as they journey into strengths. I'm looking forward to inspiring explorers, dreamers and discoverers to move forward with confidence and wonder.
